The living room has a large air-conditioned space where guests can gather to watch a movie or even enjoy a nice dinner, and another space with a dining table that seats 6 people. The bedrooms are divided into: 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, and 1 en-suite bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The house also has 2 full bathrooms and 1 powder room. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and two of them have televisions. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, perfect for preparing daily meals, and includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, water filter with chilled water, coffee maker, blender, and basic kitchen utensils.

- The guest will have access to all rooms shown in the listing photos.

- The accommodation is accessible by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

- We are not responsible for any construction or amenities in the building that are not available during the reservation. If any of these items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bed linen, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the repair cost. Beware of makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

The security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card issuer.

Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

Electricity charges will apply to stays of 20 nights or more.
